Customs Duties or Import Taxes The price you see at checkout does not include customs duties and import taxes. All applicable customs duties and import taxes shall be borne by the customer. You may be charged extra duties or import taxes after checkout upon arrival in your destination country or region. No hidden fees from Boltzoa. We do not collect additional charges on our end.

What This Means You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred after placing your order. If any duties or taxes apply to your order, they must be paid by you to the local customs authorities upon delivery.

Shipping and Customs Processing Some international orders may still go through customs inspection or clearance depending on the destination country or region. Customs processing may occasionally cause delivery delays. Boltzoa is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, local authorities, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
